I work as a part of a UX team and an innovation team that focuses on responsible gambling. The main focus of my work is to create positive behavior change and help people keep or get control of their gambling habits. This has been done primarily through a multitude of A/B or multivariate testing directed towards different user groups, both for preventative messaging and messaging towards those who show risky / problematic gambling habits.

I do everything from conducting and gathering data for user research (surveys, interviews, analysis with the support of data scientists), ideation, prototyping, testing, working closely with a development team, as well as setting up dashboards for easy overview and understanding of what we create after release.
